State Route 145 (SR 145) is a highway that runs north-to-south through portions of Stephens and Franklin counties in northeastern Georgia. The route runs from its northern terminus at SR 17 southeast of Toccoa to its southern terminus at US 29 and SR 8 in Franklin Springs.

The route runs south for 12.5 miles (20.1 km) as just SR 145, then is co-signed with SR 106 for 1.7 miles (2.7 km) as it crosses I-85 and heads into Carnesville. The route then continues on for 8.1 miles (13.0 km) as just SR 145 again to its southern terminus in Franklin Springs.
