Spoke to my daughter who is eastbound - approximately 15 - 20 miles from the Delaware Water Gap - nobody is moving - all vehicles are stopped - people checking in with each other - all preparing to rest - been stuck about 5 hours plus

My daughter says the plow truck is moving snow from infront of her car and she should be moving shortly
