State Route 314 (SR 314) is a state highway in the west central part of the U.S. state of Georgia. It runs for approximately 10.8 miles (17.4 km) from Fayetteville to College Park.

SR 314 begins at an intersection with SR 85 in Fayetteville. It heads nearly due north to an intersection with SR 279. Southwest of Riverdale, SR 314 meets SR 138. The route continues to head nearly due north, with a slight curve to the northwest just before its northern terminus, an intersection with SR 139 (Riverdale Road) in College Park (near the Atlanta Airport) in northern Clayton County. The road is also known as West Fayetteville Road.
