State Route 328 (SR 328) is an arc-shaped 9.73-mile (15.66 km) state highway in the northeast part of the U.S. state of Georgia. The route serves to provide access to Lake Hartwell and Tugaloo State Park.

SR 328 begins at an intersection with SR 17 in Avalon, Stephens County. The route runs east towards the terminus of former SR 336 and Lake Hartwell. The route enters Franklin County and turns south. The route then reaches its eastern terminus at SR 59 in Lavonia.
