State Route 320 (SR 320) is a north–south state highway in the northeast part of the U.S. state of Georgia. It is located almost entirely in Franklin County, though a small segment does extend into Stephens County.

SR 320 begins at an intersection with SR 59 southwest of Carnesville. The route travels northwest to an interchange with Interstate 85 (I-85). After the interchange, the route continues northwest, and eventually north, through generally rural areas of Franklin County before reaching its northern terminus just inside Stephens County at SR 106 south of Toccoa.
