State Route 331 (SR 331) is a Georgia state route located entirely in northern Clayton County.

Its western terminus is at SR 85 just west of Interstate 75 (I-75) exit 237, from which it proceeds east through Forest Park to an intersection with SR 54 near Lake City, where it ends.

Also known as Forest Parkway, SR 331 exists primarily to facilitate traffic to and from the Georgia State Farmers Market[citation needed] located in Forest Park and military traffic to and from Fort Gillem. In addition, it provides most of the access between SR 85 and I-75 after ramps had to be removed in the mid-1970s to accommodate the reconstructed interchange with Interstate 285.[citation needed]

Until the mid-1990s, SR 331 east of US 19/US 41/SR 3 (Old Dixie Road) was very closely paralleled by SR 160.[citation needed]

The entire route is in Clayton County.
