State Route 128 (SR 128) is a highway that runs south-to-north through portions of Macon, Taylor, and Crawford counties in west-central Georgia. The route runs from its southern terminus at SR 90 just north of Oglethorpe to its northern terminus at US 341, SR 7, and SR 42 in Roberta.

The route runs roughly parallel to and west of I-75, southwest of Macon.
