State Route 211 begins at SR 60/SR 332 in Candler and travels south to the intersection of SR 53 near the Chestnut Mountain community (and about a mile west of Road Atlanta), where they are cosigned for approximately one-quarter mile. Route 211 then continues south through Braselton, across I-85 (at Chateau Elan) and then through Winder. The route ends after traveling through Statham at the interchange of Route 211 and US 29/SR 316.
