State Route 41 (SR 41) is a state highway that runs south-to-north through portions of Calhoun, Randolph, Terrell, Webster, Marion, Talbot, Meriwether, and Coweta counties in southwestern Georgia. The route runs from its southern terminus at SR 45 north of Morgan to its northern terminus at US 27, US 29, and SR 14 in Moreland.

From its southern terminus at SR 45 north of Morgan, SR 41 travels north. North of Shellman, SR 41 is briefly concurrent with US 82/SR 50, before splitting off and continuing north. In Preston, SR 41 is briefly concurrent with US 280/SR 27. In Buena Vista, SR 137 becomes concurrent with SR 41, and the two routes travel to the northwest for a short distance before SR 41 departs and continues north to Geneva. Here, it becomes concurrent with US 80/SR 22 north to Talbotton, where SR 41 departs to the north. South of Manchester, the route becomes concurrent with SR 85 into downtown Manchester, where SR 41 departs and assumes a northwestward routing to the city of Warm Springs. In Warm Springs, SR 41 joins with US 27 ALT as it crosses SR 85 ALT, then passes Warm Springs Medical Center and the Roosevelt Warm Springs Institute for Rehabilitation before continuing towards Greenville. Just north of Warm Springs, US 27 ALT/SR 41 pass SR 194. Further north, in Harris City, SR 18 joins until Greenville. In Greenville, US 27 ALT/SR 41 cross SR 109, in the Greenville Courthouse Square, with which SR 18 continues east. While in the courthouse square SR 100 has its southern terminus. Just north of Greenville, US 27 ALT/SR 41 intersect SR 362, also known as Callaway Road, at its western terminus. US 27 ALT/SR 41 enter Luthersville next where they intersect SR 54 Spur and SR 54 before continuing north to Moreland, Georgia. In Moreland, SR 41 meets its northern terminus at US 29/SR 14, while US 27 ALT continues north, concurrent with the two routes.

SR 41 is a rural route, and as such, sees very little traffic. The route sees an Average Annual Daily Traffic (AADT) of less than 5,000 vehicles except near its northern terminus.
