State Route 127 (SR 127) is a state highway that runs west-to-east through portions of Marion, Taylor, Macon, and Houston counties in west-central Georgia. The route runs from its western terminus at SR 41 north of Buena Vista to its eastern terminus at US 129/SR 247 in Kathleen.

The route runs east from its western terminus for 9.9 miles (15.9 km) as just SR 127, then is co-signed with SR 90 for 4.8 miles (7.7 km), co-signed with both SR 90 and SR 137 for 1.8 miles (2.9 km), and then co-signed with just SR 90 again for a further 5.0 miles (8.0 km). Just south of Rupert, the route is co-signed for 1.0 mile (1.6 km) with US 19, SR 3, and SR 90, before continuing east on its own for 12.6 miles (20.3 km).

As it intersects with SR 128, it is co-signed with SR 128 for 0.5 miles (0.80 km), then runs straight east again as just SR 127 for 4.2 miles (6.8 km). The route then meets SR 49 and is co-signed with it to Marshallville. Just west of Perry, SR 127 meets and is co-signed with SR 224 until it crosses I-75, and continues into Perry co-signed with US 41 and SR 7, until splitting off as just SR 127 for the final 3.3 miles (5.3 km) of its length to its eastern terminus.
