GA 60

State Route 60 (SR 60) is a state highway that runs southeast-to-northwest through portions of Jackson, Hall, Lumpkin, Union, and Fannin counties in north-central Georgia. The route runs from its southeastern terminus at SR 124 east of Braselton to its northwestern terminus at SR 68 at the Tennessee state line in McCaysville.

The route initially runs northwest from its southeastern terminus near Braselton in Jackson County, and crosses I-85 very soon after departing in the direction of Gainesville in Hall County, where it crosses I-985. SR 60 then crosses over the northeastern portion of Lake Lanier and runs into the southern portion of Lumpkin County, before turning north to run through Dahlonega.

North of Dahlonega, the route again angles northwest and runs into the central portion of the Chattahoochee National Forest, crossing into Fannin County on its way. After running through Morganton, SR 60 reaches McCaysville, the Tennessee state line, and its northwestern terminus.

It is a popular route for motorcycle riders.
