State Route 122 is a state highway that runs west-to-east through portions of Thomas, Brooks, Lowndes, Lanier, Clinch, and Ware counties in southern Georgia. The route runs from its western terminus at US 19/US 84/SR 3/SR 38/SR 300 in Thomasville to its eastern terminus at US 1/US 23/US 84/SR 4/SR 38 in Waycross.

The route crosses I-75 just west of Hahira, and is briefly co-signed with US 221, SR 11, SR 31, and SR 37 in Lakeland about halfway to its eastern terminus.
