Wyoming Highway 222 is a Wyoming State Road known as Roundtop Road located in Laramie County, on the western edge of Cheyenne.

Wyoming Highway 222 travels from its south end at Wyoming Highway 225 (Otto Road), north to F.E. Warren Air Force Base. Highway 222 intersects Interstate 80 and US 30 (exit 357) at 0.79 miles (1.27 km). At 1.81 miles (2.91 km) WYO 222 intersects Wyoming Highway 210 (Happy Jack Road). The F.E. Warren Air Force Base boundary is at Milepost 2.08. and just beyond that, the Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) maintenance ends at Milepost 4.07. However, Roundtop Road continues north as a county maintained roadway to an end at Wyoming Highway 211 at 8.29 miles (13.34 km).
