NV 564

State Route 564 (SR 564) is an east–west highway in Henderson, Nevada connecting the southern Las Vegas area to Lake Mead. The route is known as Lake Mead Parkway.

State Route 564 begins as a continuation of Interstate 215 (the Las Vegas Beltway) at the "Henderson Spaghetti Bowl" interchange, the junction of Interstate 515/U.S. Route 93/U.S. Route 95. The route continues east towards downtown Henderson to cross Boulder Highway (SR 582) before turning northeast to terminate at the boundary of the Lake Mead National Recreation Area.

SR 564 replaces what was formerly part of SR 146 along Lake Mead Parkway. As the Las Vegas Beltway was being constructed in the late 1990s, the last five miles (8 km) between Saint Rose Parkway and Interstate 515 were constructed on the SR 146 alignment. Since Nevada DOT does not permanently align state highways along Interstates or U.S. Routes, this left SR 146 in two separate segments. The eastern segment of SR 146 was reassigned to SR 564 by June 2002 (postmile panels along the highway still reflect the original SR 146 designation).

Lake Mead Parkway was originally called Lake Mead Drive, prior to the mid 2000s.

The entire route is in Clark County.

RTC Transit Route 217 functions on this road.
