Minnesota State Highway 275 is a highway in southwest Minnesota, which runs from its intersection with Lac qui Parle County Road 2 in Boyd and continues north to its northern terminus at its intersection with U.S. Highway 212 in Baxter Township, 6 miles east of Dawson.

The route is 6.5 miles (10.5 km) in length.

Highway 275 serves as a north–south route in southwest Minnesota between the town of Boyd and U.S. Highway 212.

Highway 275 follows 3rd Street in the town of Boyd.

The route is legally defined as Route 275 in the Minnesota Statutes.

Highway 275 was authorized on July 1, 1949.

The route was paved in 1954 or 1955.

The entire route is in Lac qui Parle County.
