Kentucky Route 148 (KY 148) is a east–west state highway extending 17.2 miles (27.7 km) across eastern Jefferson and Shelby in Kentucky. The western terminus of the route is at Kentucky Route 155 (Taylorsville Road). The eastern terminus is at Kentucky Route 44 (Southville Pike).

KY 148 is named Taylorsville Road from its start, where Kentucky Route 155 turns off of Taylorsville Road onto Taylorsville Lake Road. The road then alternates between being called Finchville Road and Fisherville Road until its end.
