Georgia State Route 65 is a route located entirely in Mitchell County in southwest Georgia that runs from State Route 311 in western Mitchell County to State Route 93 in Pelham.

From its western terminus with State Route 311, State Route 65 travels east toward Pelham. The route has an intersection with State Route 97 in Hopeful. The route then continues east through rural Mitchell County and passing through the town of Branchville and the intersection with State Route 112 before reaching Pelham. Once in Pelham, the route briefly continues east until its eastern terminus with State Route 93.
