State Route 382 (SR 382) is a state highway that runs west-to-east in a C-shape entirely within Gilmer County in the north central part of the U.S. state of Georgia.

From its western terminus at SR 136, the route heads east, curves to the north, and curves to the east. It is concurrent with SR 5 Alternate from a spot just southwest of Kiker until its eastern terminus at SR 5/SR 515 a little bit farther south. The route can be used to access the southern shores of Carters Lake.
