State Route 355 (SR 355) is a south–north route in west central part of the U.S. state of Georgia.

From its southern terminus at SR 26 west of Buena Vista in western Marion County, the route travels north and northeast, through rural portions of Marion, Chattahoochee, and Talbot counties until it reaches its northern terminus at US 80/SR 22 north of Juniper. Fort Benning lies just to the west of the route.
