State Route 334 (SR 334) is a short south–north state highway located entirely in Jackson County in northeast part of the U.S. state of Georgia.

From its southern terminus at an intersection with US 441/SR 15 north of Athens, the route runs north and northwest through generally rural parts of the county to its northern terminus at an intersection with US 441 BUS and SR 98 in Commerce. The route can be used as an alternate to US 441.[citation needed]

The entire route is in Jackson County.
