State Route 191 (SR 191) is a highway that runs north-to-south in an eastern arc around Danielsville, northeast of Athens, through portions of Madison county in northeastern Georgia. The route runs from its northern terminus at US 29/SR 8 north of Danielsville to its southern terminus at SR 98 east of Danielsville.
