State Route 169 is a highway that runs north-to-south through portions of Evans, Tattnall, Appling, and Wayne counties in southeastern Georgia, USA. The route runs from its northern terminus at US 25, US 301, and SR 73 north of Claxton to its southern terminus at US 341 northeast of Jesup.

The route is co-signed on its southwesterly leg in the middle portion of its length with SR 121 and SR 144 southwest of Glennville.
