Georgia State Route 123 (SR 123) is a short state highway in east Georgia. From its southern terminus in Mitchell at State Route 102, State Route 123 travels through rural Glascock and Warren counties before reaching its northern terminus at State Route 16 in southern Warren County.

State Route 123 begins in at an intersection with State Route 102 in Mitchell, Glascock County. It heads northwest from here along Mitchell-Shoals-Jewell Road until an intersection with County Road 168. After this intersection, the route curves along the Glascock–Warren county line until branching north onto Shoals Road. State Route 123 heads north along Shoals Road for a few miles before meeting its northern terminus at State Route 16.
