ME 10
State Route 10 is a numbered state highway in Maine, running from a junction with U.S. Route 1 in Presque Isle to a junction with U.S. Route 1A in Easton; a distance of 9.3 miles (15.0 km). Along with U.S. Route 1A between Easton and Mars Hill, it comprises a former route of U.S. 1.
Route 10, known as Academy Street and Center Line Road in Presque Isle and Center Road in Easton, is the main road through the center of the town of Easton.
Route 10 begins in Presque Isle at the corner of Main Street and Academy Street and heads in a southeastern direction through the town. At its intersection with Conant Road, the highway curves south and becomes Center Line Road. After heading south for about a mile, the route curves east once more and becomes Easton Road. Route 10 heads east for roughly two miles, then south for one mile, then east for one more mile before entering Easton. In Easton, Route 10 is known as Center Road. About two miles east of Easton, the highway meets its eastern terminus at an intersection with US 1A. This intersection is only two miles west of the Canadian border.
