GA 50

State Route 50 (SR 50) is a state highway that runs west-to-east through portions of Quitman, Randolph, and Terrell counties in southwestern Georgia. The route runs from its western terminus at the Alabama state line in Georgetown to its eastern terminus at US 82, SR 45, and SR 520 in Dawson. It is cosigned with US 82 for its entire length.

SR 50 begins at the Alabama state line, at the bridge over the Chattahoochee River. The route travels east, concurrent with US 82, to Georgetown. After a brief concurrency with SR 39 east of Georgetown, the route continues east to Cuthbert. The route then continues almost due east to Dawson, where it meets its eastern terminus at US 82, SR 45, and SR 520. US 82 continues east, concurrent with SR 520.

Despite being signed partly as a U.S. Highway, outside of Georgetown and Cuthbert, SR 50 sees an Average Annual Daily Traffic (AADT) of less than 5,000 vehicles.
