State Route 374 (SR 374) is a short, remote, rural route located entirely in Seminole County in southwestestern part of the state of Georgia.

The route begins at SR 253 north of Lake Seminole and travels north and northwest, reaching its northern terminus at SR 39 south of Donalsonville.

The highway's southern terminus had been at Lake Seminole.[citation needed]

The entire route is in Seminole County.
