State Route 358 (SR 358) is a short west-to-east state route located entirely in southeastern Twiggs County.

From its western terminus at SR 96 south of Jeffersonville, the route runs east along Homer Chance Highway to its eastern terminus at US 80/SR 19 west of Danville. The route has an interchange with Interstate 16 (I-16) at its midpoint.

The entire route is in Twiggs County.
