State Route 335 (SR 335) is a short west–east state highway located entirely in Jackson County in northeast Georgia, running from Jefferson east to Nicholson.

From its western terminus at SR 15 ALT/SR 82 in Jefferson, the route runs east through rural portions of Jackson County until it reaches its eastern terminus at US 441/SR 15 in Nicholson.

The entire route is in Jackson County.
