PA 213

Pennsylvania Route 213 (PA 213) is a 6.95-mile (11.18 km) long state highway in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. The route runs from Pennsylvania Route 532 in Feasterville, which is located in Lower Southampton Township to U.S. Route 1 Business in Middletown Township, near the Oxford Valley Mall. Curiously, even though the road is signed as a North/South road, it actually travels east–west through its route, with the northern termimus being well east of the southern terminus but only slightly further north.

PA 213 heads northeast from Pennsylvania Route 532 on Bridgetown Pike. Bridgetown Pike heads east, forming part of the border between Lower Southampton Township and Northampton Township. PA 213 splits from Bridgetown Pike and turns east on Maple Avenue, crossing the Neshaminy Creek into Middletown Township. Maple Avenue carries PA 213 into the borough of Langhorne, where it intersects Pennsylvania Route 413. The road leaves Langhorne and re-enters Middletown Township, where the route features an interchange with the U.S. 1 expressway. PA 213 then crosses over the SEPTA West Trenton Line and Interstate 95. It continues east, passing by several car dealerships before ending at U.S. Route 1 Business, the Lincoln Highway.

The entire route is in Bucks County.
