State Route 324 (SR 324) is a short northwest-to-southeast state highway located in Gwinnett and Barrow counties of the U.S. state of Georgia.

SR 324 begins at an intersection with SR 20 south of Buford. The route heads southeast, crossing -- but not intersecting -- Interstate 85 (I-85) southeast of Buford. SR 324 continues southeast, intersecting SR 124 north of Dacula.

West of Auburn, the route intersects US 29 BUS/SR 8, and the three routes form a concurrency through Auburn to Carl. Farther southeast, the route intersects US 29/SR 316 and, later, SR 81 northwest of Bethlehem. At this point, SR 324 turns to the east, intersecting SR 11 in Bethlehem. It finally turns to the northeast until it meets its eastern terminus at SR 53 southwest of Statham.
