State Route 385 is a short highway that runs northeast-to-southwest from US 23/US 441/SR 15 in the community of Hollywood in the north to US 23/US 441/SR 15/SR 365 in Cornelia in the south. The route is in Habersham County for its entire length. The route is cosigned with SR 17 Alternate north of Clarkesville, and cosigned with the historic route of US 441 south of Clarkesville.
