State Route 376 (SR 376) is a west-east highway in portions of Lowndes and Echols counties in southern Georgia.

From the route's western terminus in Clyattville at SR 31, it runs east. It has an intersection with I-75. It has a brief concurrency with US 41/SR 7 from Twin Lakes[citation needed] to Lake Park. Then, it continues east to meet its eastern terminus at SR 135 west of Statenville.
