State Route 327 (SR 327) is a short south–north state highway located entirely in Franklin County in the northeast part of the U.S. state of Georgia.

SR 327 begins at an intersection with US 29/SR 8 west of Franklin Springs. The route heads north, passing Victoria Bryant State Park, before intersecting SR 51.

SR 327 continues north, before turning northeast. Its northern terminus at SR 17 northwest of Bowersville. The route offers access to Victoria Bryant State Park.
