South Carolina Highway 311 (SC 311) is a state highway in the southeastern part of the U.S. state of South Carolina. The highway runs 9.2 miles (14.8 km) in a west-east orientation from a point approximately 6 miles (9.7 km) southeast of Holly Hill to a point approximately 4 miles (6.4 km) south of Cross.

SC 311 begins at an intersection with US 176 southwest of Holly Hill. The route heads northeast, and east to its eastern terminus, an intersection with SC 6 south of Cross.
