State Route 126 (SR 126) is a state highway that runs northwest-to-southeast through portions of Bleckley, Dodge, Laurens, and Wheeler counties in south-central Georgia. The route runs from its northwestern terminus at SR 26 in Cochran to its southeastern terminus at SR 19 west of Uvalda.

The route runs southeast from its western terminus for 29.0 miles (46.7 km) as just SR 126, then meets and is co-signed with SR 46 for 4.1 miles (6.6 km) east of Eastman. The route then splits off and continues southeast on its own for 21.8 miles (35.1 km) to its eastern terminus.
