Arkansas Highway 156 is a series of mostly east–west highways in western Arkansas. As with many highways in Arkansas, it exists in several different locations.

AR 156 begins at AR 265 in Hogeye, when it runs east to cross I-540/US 71. The route heads north to meet AR 170 in West Fork, and to begin a concurrency with US 71 BUS. AR leaves US 71 BUS near Drake Field, heading east and then north entering Fayetteville. In Fayetteville, AR 156 meets AR 16/AR 265 (colloquially 15th Street) and terminates.
