My buddy is sitting on I-84 EAST at mile-marker 34.3 for over 4 hours. He has observed no traffic traveling on I-84 WEST for the last 3 hours except for one medium size wrecker, not a big rig tow truck.

Spoke to my daughter who is eastbound - approximately 15 - 20 miles from the Delaware Water Gap - nobody is moving - all vehicles are stopped - people checking in with each other - all preparing to rest - been stuck about 5 hours plus
